Chemical company required SAP consulting assistance to perform a quality assurance review of an acquired company’s organization, processes and technologies and to develop strategy and plans for overall integration of the new line of business. Electric Utility Company Business Integration with SAP
This energy delivery and services company actively expanded into the retail energy markets by developing an energy retail group new line of business. Worked with the executive management team in this large business development program to establish and lead a business integration management office that would manage the overall development, integration and go-live of the new retail business. As a global telecommunications company with locations around the world, this business needed to quickly and efficiently implement additional process and technology support.
